"How far in advance do I need to order my custom cake?"

A minimum of three weeks is good. As soon as you know your event date, please contact us. For now, we are limited in space, so we have a first pay/first serve policy. Last minute orders will be charged a rush fee of $150. (Last minute orders = within two [2] week of an event.)

"How far in advance can I order cupcakes?"

It depends on the quantity you need. It also depends on whether you would like custom toppers. At least a week’s notice is good for one-two dozen cupcakes without toppers. Two weeks’ notice for more than two dozen cupcakes. Two weeks notice for orders needing custom toppers. We can try and work with last minute orders (less than a week) but it will be at an additional charge of $50.

"What if the date of my event changes and I've already paid in full?"

Date change/postponed? With three weeks or more notice, the total amount (IF paid-in-full) will be credited towards the updated order. Pricing may increase if changes to the original design are desired.

"Do you cover cakes in fondant?"

No. We prefer to use our artistic skills on buttercream cakes. Fondant decorative pieces can be added to your buttercream cake(s).

"Do you have a design policy?"

Our preferred medium is buttercream. Specifically, Swiss Meringue (contains egg whites). We do not produce copies of work from other cake artists nor do we create character cakes (ex. cakes resembling shoes, animals, cars, etc.). Artistic freedom is wonderful and appreciated. When given artistic license, our clients have been pleasantly surprised with their custom-designed cakes. We want you to be the star of your event, so we strive to make sure your custom cake compliments you and your event.

"Do you deliver?"

Yes, we do! Complimentary delivery to Humble, Katy, Missouri City, Pearland, Richmond, Sugar Land and within Houston City limit, with minimum order of $200.

"What happens if our custom cake is damaged in transit?"

If you or someone of your choosing decides to pick up and set up, you are responsible and assume all liability once it leaves our premises. If it gets damaged in our possession, we will be sure to fix it. However, we are not responsible for any damage once your custom creation is delivered and /or setup. You are responsible for providing a structured and secure table and temperature appropriate environment  for your cake. Seeing that we are in Texas, it is not recommended to leave your cake outside without air condition for any amount of time.

"Do you offer gluten free or vegan options?"

No. At this time, we can not guarantee an allergen free kitchen.

"How do I store my delicious creation?"

Cake and treats are intended to be eaten the day of your event.

Store on the kitchen counter in an airtight container at room temperature (away from direct heat) for up to two days or in the fridge for up to one week. Allow it to come to room temperature before consuming.

You may freeze items as well by wrapping in plastic wrap and foil before placing in an airtight container. When ready to eat, thaw in fridge overnight then let sit at room temperature for at least an hour.

Our cakes and treats taste best at room temperature.

"What are your prices for Kids Cakes?"

The base price for all our cakes are the same no matter the celebration. Kids Birthday parties to weddings to baby showers all have the same base/starting price. Increase in prices comes with cake details and time needed to create those details for your custom order.
